Internship Opportunity for German Applicants
AHK Azerbaijan is currently seeking an intern from Germany to join our team as soon as possible.
Internship Duration:
- 3 to 6 months
Areas of Responsibility:
- Supporting the work of various departments
- Assisting with research, market studies, and business partner searches
- Designing and conducting surveys
- Organizing delegation trips
- Supporting event management
- Translation work
- General administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Enrolled student in a business-related degree program (Master’s or from the 4th semester of a Bachelor’s program)
- Interest in and understanding of economic and political topics
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong service orientation, independent and structured working style, team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
- Confident use of MS Office

Contracts and Documentation Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Contracts and Documentation Specialist to join our Business Services Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts, invoices, and acceptance acts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all documentation meets internal standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and acceptance acts with customers/suppliers related to business services, projects activities and membership;
- Ensure that contracts and other legal documents comply with internal standards and legal requirements;
- Coordinate the approval and signature process of prepared documents with relevant parties;
- Properly archive contracts and related documents both electronically and in hard copy;
- Registration of all contracts in system;
- Work in coordination with employees of the business service, finance and admin departments to support documentation processes for delivered and purchased services;
- Collect and provide necessary information for internal documentation and reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Law, Finance, Management, or another relevant field;
- At least 1–2 years of experience working with contracts and commercial documentation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani; proficiency in English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel;
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to understand the content of legal documents and draft them correctly.
