The German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) provides its customers with the opportunity to use its fully equipped conference room for a variety of occasions.

With excellent customer services and an attractive view of the city centre, the conference room is an ideal venue and can be customized to your individual preferences. The room is well suited for business meetings, seminars, training courses, team-building trainings and presentations for small and large groups.

We offer:

  • A conference room of 65 m2 with a panoramic view of the city;
  • 27-30 seats around the conference roundtable or max. 55 theatrical seats;
  • Equipment includes an overhead projector, a screen, a laptop, a conference phone, whiteboards, flip charts, wireless internet access and two flagpoles;
  • A direct entrance from the corridor to the conference room without passing through the AHK office;
  • Opportunity to have a business lunch in a restaurant located on the 15th floor of the Plaza.

Additional services will be charged depending on the customer’s requests. 

  • Catering - We can provide different types of coffee, tea, mineral water, soft drinks and cookies.
  • Service Personnel - A personnel will provide drinks and cookies to the participants.
  • Restaurant - Participants can have a business lunch in a restaurant with a magnificent view opened to the city located on the 15th floor of the Plaza.
  • Interpreter - We can book for you professional German, English or Azerbaijani interpreters through our extensive database.
  • Photographer - A professional event photographer will be pleased to assist you with your event documentation.
  • Driving Service - A business or economy class taxi can provide you with a comfortable ride to your event.
