From 23 to 27 November 2026, up to 15 Azerbaijani railway-sector representatives will visit Bavaria to explore German technologies and establish direct contacts with Bavarian companies.
The program is intended for decision-makers, procurement specialists, buyers, importers and company representatives involved in railway infrastructure and modernization.
The main focus areas include:
- Railway infrastructure and rolling stock
- Digital transport and maintenance systems
- Signaling, safety and automation
- Electrification and power supply
- Engineering and project management
- Urban and regional railway development
Participants will visit Bavarian companies and reference projects, attend technology presentations, and discuss procurement needs and potential partnerships. A matchmaking event with company presentations, networking and individual B2B meetings will take place in Nuremberg on 24 November 2026.
The working language is English. German–Russian interpretation may be provided if required.
The delegation is part of the “Bayern – Fit for Partnership” program, initiated and funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. It is coordinated by Bayern International and implemented by COMMIT Project Partners GmbH in cooperation with AHK Azerbaijan.
