This premium membership service is designed to support the international business activities of AHK Azerbaijan member companies by simplifying and accelerating the business visa application process for employees travelling to Germany.
Eagle Track provides companies with a structured, efficient, and reliable visa application pathway, reducing administrative effort and facilitating smoother business mobility.

Eligibility Criteria
Participation in the Eagle Track program is available exclusively to AHK Azerbaijan member companies that meet the following requirements:
Economic Performance
- Annual company turnover of at least AZN 200,000
Demonstrated Business Relations with Germany
Companies must be able to demonstrate active business relations with Germany through one or more of the following:
- Cooperation with German companies
- Business turnover generated in Germany
- Previous business visa history of company employees
- Other documented economic activities involving Germany
Please note that participation is subject to review and approval based on the documentation provided.
Application Process
Step 1 – Submission of Company Documents
Companies submit the required eligibility documents to AHK Azerbaijan for review.
Step 2 – Assessment
AHK Azerbaijan and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany evaluate whether the company fulfills the program requirements.
Step 3 – Registration
Upon successful assessment, participating companies receive a service agreement and invoice.
Step 4 – Use of the Service
Once registered, companies may submit business visa applications through the Eagle Track procedure throughout the validity period.
Following the submission of a visa application to the Embassy:
- Applications from citizens of countries covered by the EU Visa Facilitation Agreement are generally processed within 10–15 working days.
- In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 30 calendar days.
Please note that processing times remain subject to the Embassy’s visa regulations and individual case assessments.
Participation Fee
EUR 590 per year + 18% VAT
The annual participation fee covers the administrative services provided by AHK Azerbaijan and grants access to unlimited business visa submissions through the Eagle Track program during the membership period.
The following fees are not included:
- German Embassy visa fees
- TLScontact service fees
- Any additional costs related to individual applications
Important Information
- Eagle Track is available exclusively to employees of participating member companies.
- The program does not extend to family members or private travel purposes.
- Acceptance into the program is subject to fulfillment of all eligibility requirements and successful verification of submitted documentation.
