Training for Trainers
The success of dual training depends crucially on the quality of the trainers. Anyone who wants to convey the dual system in a clear way must be familiar with it himself from theory and practice.
Preparatory training for trainers is regulated by law in Germany. There, the concept of "training of trainers" (AdA), which is based on uniform qualification standards in accordance with the German Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude (AEVO), has proven itself in practice.
Programme
The training of trainers is divided into the following four fields of action:
- checking training requirements and planning training
- prepare training and assist in the recruitment of trainees
- conduct training
- complete training

The demand for this concept by German companies abroad has contributed to the development of the qualification concept "Training of Trainers International", which can be used worldwide and is mandatory for companies that want to train abroad according to the German model.
On the basis of a licence from the DIHK-Bildungs-GmbH, the AHK Azerbaijan offers companies in Azerbaijan an 40-hour training course. The aim is to impart basic work-pedagogical skills.
In the end of the training, we offer the exam training of trainers (AdA) according to German quality standards (AEVO).

Course data and fees
The training "Train the trainer - international" and exam will take place at the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce.
The participation fee: 1200 AZN
(950 AZN for AHK member companies.)
The price includes learning material and catering with lunch.
The participation fee is to be paid at the beginning of the training module.
