LEF Network Project Hosts Successful B2B Networking Event with Latvian, Estonian, Finnish and Azerbaijani Companies Supported by AHK Azerbaijan
The LEF Network Project, in partnership with AHK Azerbaijan, successfully hosted a B2B Networking Event, marking the third collaboration between the two organisations. The event brought together companies from Latvia, Estonia, and Finland and served as a platform for fostering international cooperation and exploring new business opportunities with Azerbaijani companies.
Leyla Mammadova, Deputy Executive Director of AHK Azerbaijan, opened the official part of the event by greeting everyone and then gave the floor to Liga Siceva, Head of the EU Project Department at the Latvian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Lead Partner of the LEF Network Project. She welcomed the participants and highlighted the significance of cross-border collaboration between businesses in the Baltics and Azerbaijan.
Ilkin Hajiyev, Executive Director of Sustainera Solutions LLC, provided valuable insights into navigating the business landscape in Azerbaijan. His presentation covered the opportunities and challenges faced by companies looking to enter the Azerbaijani market and offered a strategic outlook for successful business operations.
Tural Abbasov, Commercial Director of NOVUM LLC, addressed the development of Azerbaijan's growing IT sector. Abbasov discussed potential partnerships in the tech industry and emphasised the importance of innovation and digital transformation in Azerbaijan’s economic growth.
The second part of the event featured an engaging B2B Networking Session with around 40 companies participating. During this dynamic session, participants had the chance to exchange insights and explore potential partnerships. The coffee break facilitated informal discussions and was crucial in fostering collaboration between companies from Azerbaijan, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.
This event created numerous opportunities for both sides to establish connections and develop new ventures, marking a step forward in strengthening business ties between Azerbaijan and the Baltic and Nordic regions.
